	Job Descriptions Field Superintendent NCT is seeking Field Superintendents with a minimum of 5 years experience in the prestressed, concrete tank industry. The ideal candidates will possess a thorough understanding of the tank construction process along with scheduling, cost controls, subcontractor management and engineer/owner relations skills. Excellent communication and supervisory talents are also required. Our field superintendents are our “quarterbacks” in the field. Travel is a requirement of this position. The ideal candidates will possess a thorough understanding of and capacity to perform skills such as carpentry, concrete placement, scaffold and shoring erection, precast erection, rebar installation, wirewinding, shotcrete pump operation and/or shotcrete application. Our foremen are our “Jacks of all trades”. A strong work ethic and ability to supervise and work well with others are necessary skills. Travel is a requirement of this position. Experience with AutoCAD release 14 or 2000 and the ability to produce clean, concise and organized design plans is essential. This position has significant growth potential.
